Return Policy:

Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns within 28 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the same packaging as received. Please note that certain items, such as digital products, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]." Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any relevant supporting information. Our customer support will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization, if applicable. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If you prefer to exchange for a different product, please let us know, and we will assist you accordingly.

Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Handmade Items:
Please note that all our items are handmade, and as such, slight variations may occur. Not all items are exactly the same, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. For lost packages, we will initiate a thorough investigation with the shipping carrier to locate the parcel or process appropriate compensation.

Shipping Schedule:
We ship items on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders must be placed before 12 noon on these days to be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon or on non-shipping days will be dispatched on the next scheduled shipping date.

Shipping Methods and Delays:
Currently, we use RoyalMail Tracked 24 and RoyalMail Tracked 48 for shipping within the UK. For international shipping, unless specified otherwise, all orders will be shipped using standard shipping without tracking. If you require a tracking service for international shipments, an upgraded fee will apply. Please contact our customer support team to arrange this service.

Shipping to Europe and Brexit:
Shipping to Europe may experience additional checks and delays due to Brexit and customs processes. We will complete all necessary customs forms for items purchased from us. Any additional charges or delays due to customs clearance will not be our responsibility. Please be aware of this when placing your order.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards issued by The Little Tibet LONDON can only be used for online purchases on our website. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

Address Changes:
Any changes to your shipping address must be notified to us before we ship your order. Please provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information during the checkout process. If you need to make an address change, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to update the details.

Vintage and Antique Pieces:
Please note that vintage and antique pieces may have minor scratches or signs of age. These imperfections are part of their charm and authenticity. These imperfections do not warrant a replacement for the purchased antique pieces. Please consider this before making your purchase.

Colour Accuracy:
We strive to feature the most accurate colour representation of our items in the product photos. However, slight colour discrepancies may occur due to variations in screen resolution and colour settings. These discrepancies do not indicate a difference in the actual item. If you have any doubts or concerns about the colour, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to assist you.
