We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Little Tibet LONDON. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy:
- Return Window: You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your eligible items.
- Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags attached.
- Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- We Cover Mistakes: If we make a mistake with your order or the item is defective, we'll gladly cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you're returning an item simply because you've changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Special Considerations
- Handmade Items & Singing Bowls: Due to their unique, handcrafted nature, slight variations in appearance and sound may occur. These variations are considered part of the charm and individuality of each piece. Singing bowls, in particular, cannot be returned for refunds due to their unique sound. However, if you'd like a different bowl with a similar sound, we're happy to arrange an exchange for the closest match available. Please contact us to discuss this option. Consider contacting us before your purchase to inquire about the possibility of a singing bowl exchange.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us right away at info@TheLittleTibet.com. A clear description of the issue (e.g., damaged box, missing item). Photos of the damaged packaging (if applicable) in good lighting show the extent of the damage, and any labels or tracking information are clearly visible.
- We'll work diligently with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide you with a replacement or full refund as necessary.
- Gift Cards: The Little Tibet LONDON gift cards are the perfect gift and never expire! However, they cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- Vintage and Antique Treasures: Please note that vintage and antique pieces may have unique markings or signs of wear that add to their character and history. These imperfections are not considered defects.
